This giveaway is organized by Atas Awan (the “Organizer”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry)
Entries must be received within the giveaway period as stated on the giveaway post. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on the date and time stated in the Instagram post and ends at 11:59 PM (local time of the Organizer) on the closing date stated in the post.
The winner will be announced via Instagram Stories and/or contacted by direct message within a reasonable time after the giveaway closes.
4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Equipment Disclaimer
Any climbing or outdoor equipment included in the prize is provided as-is.
The Organizer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness, safety, or suitability of any equipment for a particular purpose. The winner assumes all responsibility for:

Following all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines
The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of any prize item.
6. Brand Non‑Affiliation
Any third-party products included in the giveaway are not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with their respective manufacturers.
Specifically, Mammut is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this giveaway. All third-party products were independently sourced.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The selected winner must respond to the Organizer within 48 hours of being contacted. If the selected winner does not respond within this timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at the Organizer’s discretion.
8. Shipping, Taxes & Duties
The Organizer will cover standard shipping costs for the prize - including any applicable taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees, or import charges.
The Organizer is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees caused by customs processing, incorrect address information, or local restrictions.
If any portion of the prize cannot be shipped to the winner’s location due to legal or logistical restrictions, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the affected item with an alternative of equal value.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared or sold.
11. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding.
