We offer international shipping to most countries. All orders above $250/£250/€250 enjoy free shipping. All orders below this threshold will incur a flat rate shipping fee. See fee and destination table below.

Atas Awan is not liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit caused by the courier. We are not responsible for late deliveries or failed deliveries by the courier or for orders that have been placed under the wrong shipping address.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Delivery Times

PROCESSING TIMES

Once your order is placed. For all ready-to-ship items, please allow approximately 4-5 business days for your order to be processed.  

For made-to-order items, please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time before item is ready for shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been shipped, please allow 5-10 business days for the item to be delivered to your address.

REMOTE AREA DELIVERY 

Deliveries to remote areas may incur a surcharge (you will be notified of this surcharge once your order has been placed and before we process your order) and may require an additional 3-7 days to be delivered.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders outside of Australia and Indonesia may be subject to import taxes and duties based on your country's import regulations. These import duties and taxes are not included in the price of your order and may be collected by your delivery provider upon receipt. Customers are responsible for their own import costs. Please check with your country's customs regulations to determine costs.

Please note that we are unable to refund your order if the customs duties have not been cleared on your end. We are only able to process eligible returns once your taxes have been paid, you've received the order, you've notified us that you would like a refund and the package has been returned, received and checked by our warehouse.

Please note that shipping and handling charges, such as shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are non-refundable.
