RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Atas Awan purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please follow the return processes below within 30 days of receiving your item.

All return shipping fees and duties are payable by the customer Unless:
  • Returns are due to production or fulfillment errors
  • You've purchased Free Return coverage (available in Canada & US only)

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All Archive Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for returns.

Terms & Conditions

  • All return shipping fees - including returns due to change-of-mind or incorrect sizing - are payable by the customer. This amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Refunds will only be processed once item is received and passes inspection.
  • Item can be exchanged for a different size, a different product or store credit.
  • Atas Awan charges a 2% restocking fee for all returns.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges - such as shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT - from your purchase are non-refundable

EXCHANGES -- please note what item/colour/size you'd like to exchange the order for in the 'Notes' section.

When you return an item using your own shipping method, we strongly advise adding insurance and shipment tracking.

Atas Awan is not accountable for any loss or damage that may occur during the item's journey back to our receiving warehouse.


Damages and issues

We strive to perfect each and every item so that you can move in AA with ease, however, sometimes mistakes do happen!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 business days of reception if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Archive Sale items or gift cards.
