We offer international shipping to most countries. All orders above $250/£250/€250 enjoy free shipping.

We work with these trusted couriers to deliver your order -- FedEx, DHL, Australia Post, Canada Post & Sendle -- depending on your delivery address and stock location.
- Atas Awan is not liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit caused by the courier.
- Orders outside of Australia and Indonesia may be subject to import taxes and duties based on your country's import regulations. Customers are responsible for their own import costs (see duties & taxes below).
- We are not responsible for late deliveries or failed deliveries by the courier or for orders that have been placed under the wrong shipping address.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Orders outside of Australia and Indonesia may be subject to import taxes and duties based on your country's import regulations. These import duties and taxes are not included in the price of your order and may be collected by your delivery provider upon receipt. Customers are responsible for their own import costs. Please check with your country's customs regulations to determine costs.
Please note that we are unable to refund your order if the customs duties have not been cleared on your end. We are only able to process eligible returns once your taxes have been paid, you've received the order, you've notified us that you would like a refund and the package has been returned, received and checked by our warehouse.
Please note that shipping and handling charges, such as shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are non-refundable.
REMOTE AREA DELIVERY
Deliveries to remote areas may incur a surcharge (you will be notified of this surcharge once your order has been placed and before we process your order) and may require an additional 3-7 days to be delivered.
