Shipping policy

We offer international shipping to most countries.

All orders above $250/£250/€250 enjoy free shipping. 

• Import duties & taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery.
• Atas Awan is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
• We do not ship to PO boxes.
• We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after a sale.

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your order.

Shipping times vary by location, but should reach you within 5-10 business days worldwide.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

• US*, EU, UK, Australia, and Indonesia orders include all applicable duties and taxes at checkout—no surprise fees on delivery. For all other destinations, duties and taxes may be charged separately by customs or the shipping carrier upon delivery.
  
• These fees are set by your local customs authority, collected by your local delivery provider and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Please check your country’s customs regulations for details.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

• Orders cannot be refunded if customs duties are unpaid.
• Returns are only eligible once duties are paid, the order is received, returned and inspected by our warehouse.
• Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are non-refundable.

*U.S. TARIFFS UPDATE

(Effective 29 August 2025)

With recent tariff changes, all U.S. orders now incur local import duties and taxes. To make things easier, these fees are calculated and collected at checkout, so the total you see is the only amount you’ll pay—no extra charges on delivery.

Please note: Some shipment delays may still occur at the border due to these changes. If anything comes up, we’ll reach out to you directly with an update.

*EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

(Effective 19 June 2026)

All EU orders are eligible for withdrawal including shipping fees and DDP.
A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
At checkout, you may add withdrawal coverage to your order.

Deliveries to remote areas may incur a surcharge (you will be notified of this surcharge once your order has been placed and before we process your order) and may require an additional 3-7 days to be delivered
